Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods

• that are not prefabricated and
• for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or
• that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This particularly includes print-on-demand products that are individually printed or manufactured only after an order has been placed.

No right of withdrawal for DEVILS-ARTS | WEAR

All products in this shop are individually produced only after the order has been placed.
The right of withdrawal is therefore excluded pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Electronic withdrawal and return request

For the electronic submission of a withdrawal or return request, you can use the “Cancel contract” button in the lower area of our online shop.

Submitted requests will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and the exclusions stated above. The use of this electronic function does not affect your statutory warranty rights in the case of faulty or damaged goods.

Voluntary arrangement in case of defects

Irrespective of this, statutory warranty rights for faulty or damaged goods remain unaffected.
