1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop DEVILS-ARTS | WEAR.

The provider within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is:

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

3. Prices

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT, where applicable. Any additional shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

4. Payment

The available payment methods are displayed in the online shop and offered during the ordering process.

The selected payment method will be charged immediately after completion of the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

As the products are print-on-demand products, production only begins after the order has been placed. Delivery times may therefore vary and are stated in the shop.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Color variations may occur due to production processes and do not constitute a defect.

8. Liability

We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
